Not even Home Improvement's Tim Taylor could match this feat in the wacky world of space construction.  Somewhere in the mists of TV Land, the Tool Man is guffawing at the loss of the high-priced toolkit during a spacewalk to conduct some maintenance on the International Space Station back on November 18, 2008.  The tool bag finally entered the atmosphere Monday morning and burned up.  It was only one of some 19,000 pieces of space junk orbiting the Earth that are currently tracked by the Air Force.  There are estimated over 300,000 objects of a half inch diemater or more floating around in Earth's orbit.  And more than a few of them are NASA tools lost during spacewalks.
